Returns & Refunds Policy
At Care & Mobility, we value your satisfaction and comply with South African law, including the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) and the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
Cooling-Off Period (ECTA):
If you purchase goods from us online and it is delivered through our online store; you are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods. You will receive a full refund, provided the goods are returned in their original condition and packaging less transport fees.
In-Store Purchase:
Should you purchase in store, or online but collect in store, then you will not be able to return the goods unless in instances prescribed by the CPA.
Beds and recliners cannot be purchased online. Please contact the store closest to you so that they can assist you with your purchase of a bed or recliner.
Defective or Unsafe Goods (CPA):
If a product is defective, you may return it within 6 months of delivery. Once the goods have been inspected and confirmed that the product is defective, we will, at your choice, repair, replace, or refund the product at no cost to you.
Exclusions:
- Certain products (e.g. perishable, personalised, or hygiene-sensitive items) may not be eligible for return, unless defective.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
